1. الترطيب المستمر:

يُعدّ الترطيب من أهمّ العوامل للحفاظ على بشرة صحية ونضرة في فصل الصيف. فمع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة، تفقد بشرتنا الرطوبة بشكل أسرع. لذلك، من الضروري استخدام مرطب مناسب لنوع بشرتك، ويفضل أن يكون خفيفًا وذو أساس مائي. 

2. حماية البشرة من الشمس:

يُعدّ استخدام واقي الشمس من أهمّ الخطوات للحفاظ على بشرتك من أضرار أشعة الشمس الضارة. فالشمس تُسبب حروقًا، وتُساهم في ظهور التجاعيد، والبقع الداكنة، وسرطان الجلد. لذلك، احرص على استخدام واقي الشمس واسع الطيف، بدرجة حماية SPF 30 على الأقل،  وذلك قبل التعرض للشمس بنصف ساعة، وكرّر وضعه كل ساعتين.

3. تنظيف البشرة بانتظام:

يُعدّ تنظيف البشرة بانتظام من أهمّ الخطوات للحفاظ على صحة بشرتك. ففي فصل الصيف، تُصبح بشرتنا أكثر عرضة لتراكم الأتربة والعرق، مما يؤدي إلى انسداد المسام وظهور البثور. لذلك، احرص على غسل وجهك مرتين يوميًا، باستخدام منظف لطيف مناسب لنوع بشرتك، وتجنب فرك البشرة بقوة.

4. تقشير البشرة برفق:

يُساعد تقشير البشرة على إزالة خلايا الجلد الميتة، مما يُساهم في تحسين مظهر البشرة ونضارتها. لكنّ من الضروري اختيار مقشر لطيف مناسب لنوع بشرتك، وتجنب تقشير البشرة بشكل متكرر،  مرة أو مرتين أسبوعيًا كافية.

5. شرب كمية كافية من الماء:

يُعدّ شرب الماء من أهمّ العوامل للحفاظ على بشرة صحية ونضرة. ففي فصل الصيف، تفقد بشرتنا الرطوبة بشكل أسرع، لذلك من الضروري شرب كمية كافية من الماء،  بحدّ أدنى 8 أكواب يوميًا،  للحفاظ على ترطيب البشرة من الداخل.

* تجنب التعرض المباشر لأشعة الشمس خلال ساعات الذروة،  من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى الساعة 4 مساءً.

* ارتدي ملابس قطنية فاتحة اللون،  لأنها تُساعد على امتصاص الحرارة بشكل أقل.

* استخدمي منتجات العناية بالبشرة التي تحتوي على مكونات طبيعية،  مثل ماء الورد،  والخيار،  والعسل.

* احرص على الحصول على قسط كافٍ من النوم،  فالنوم يُساعد على تجديد خلايا البشرة.

* تناول نظامًا غذائيًا صحيًا غنيًا بالفواكه والخضروات  لأنها غنية بالفيتامينات والمعادن التي تُساهم في الحفاظ على صحة البشرة.
