بعد مدة تزوج قذافى من شقيقتها و انجب منها طفلة و اسماها نادين ، عقب مشادة كلامية بينهما بسبب المصروفات المنزلية، قتل القذافى زوجته فاطمة ، داخل شقة بالهرم، حيث ضرب رأسها في الحائط فأفقدها وعيها ،ونقلها إلى شقة بولاق الدكرور،وأخفى جثتها بكامل ملابسها داخل الشقة، ثم وضع عليها مواد بناء “أسمنت وسيراميك”.
الجريمة الثانية ( قتل وأختفاء)
كان للقذافى صديق يعمل مهندساً بالخارج ، اسمه رضا يرسل امواله للقذافي لكي يستثمرها معه فى التجارة، وبعد سنوات الغربة قرر رضا الرجوع الى مصر وطالب القذافى برد امواله، لكنه فوجىء بالقذافى يتهرب منه ، وبعد العديد من المواعيد اتفق الثنائي على المقابلة فى شقة القذافي ببولاق الدكرور، وقام القذافي بتقديم واجب الضيافة بعد ان وضع السم لصديقه، وبعد أن ظهر تأثير السم على رضا ضربه القذافي حتى تاكد من قتله ، ونقل جثته الى شقه اخرى بذات المنطقة ثم دفنه تحت البلاط بالدور الارضي ،و استحوذ على متعلقاته الشخصية و جميع اوراقه الثبوتية.
لم يكتفي قذافي بما فعله بل ارسل لشقيقه فى الخارج انه تم القبض على رضا ولا يعلم مكان احتجازه، وبعد شهور من البحث بدون فائدة ، شك أهل القتيل فى القذافي ولكن لا وجود أدلة تثبت صحة ادعائهم.
الجريمة الثالثة ( احتراف الاجرام)
اتجه القذافى الى الاسكندرية منتحل شخصية صديقه المهندس رضا ، وتعرف على السيدة ياسمين، داخل أحد المخازن بمنطقة العصافرة، وذلك عقب مشادة كلامية بينهما، بسبب نصبه واحتياله عليها في مبلغ مالي 45 ألف جنيه، عقب وعده لها بالزواج منها ثم تهربه منها وقتلها خنقا، وأخفى جثتها داخل المخزن، بعدها تزوج من ابنة جواهرجي واختلق لهم قصة انه يتيم الابوين واشقاؤه يعملون فى السعودية ويمتلك حضانة، واستأجر سيدة لتمثل دور خالته
وفى يوم تمت سرقة محل الذهب الخاص بوالد زوجته الاخيرة ،وبفحص كاميرات المراقبة ظهر قذافي فى الكاميرات، وابلغ الاب الشرطة و تم ضبطه ، بعدها تم التأكد من تزوير عقد الزواج ولا يوجد مأزون بالاسم الموقع على عقد الزواج.
على الجانب الاخر اسرة صديقه رضا تبحث اخيهم المعتقل منذ سنوات، اكتشفوا ورود اسمه فى سجلات أحد اقسام الشرطة بالاسكندرية فى قضية سرقة، وعندما ذهبوا اكتشفوا انتحال قذافي اسم رضا.
القصص تختلف والاقوال فى الجريمة متعددة لكن الحقيقة مدونة فى سجلات النيابة وهو ما اعترف به القاتل،فضلًا عن محاكاة المتهم لكيفية ارتكابه الوقائع الأربعة.
احكام الاعدام الاربعة
• 24 مارس 2021 حصل المتهم على حكم الإعدام الأول، على خلفية اتهامه بقتل صديق عمره رضا عبد اللطيف، عمدا مع سبق الإصرار والترصد
• 27 مارس 2021 صدر حكم الإعدام الثاني ضد “قذافي” على خلفية قتل شقيقة زوجته “نادين السيد”.
• 5 أبريل 2021 أصدرت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية، حكم الإعدام الثالث ضد المتهم، في واقعة اتهامه بقتل السيدة ياسمين إحدى ضحاياه بالإسكندرية.
• 21 مارس 2022 أصدرت محكمة جنايات الجيزة، برئاسة المستشار أحمد علي يونس، حكم الاعدام الرابع على “قذافى فراج” في اتهامه بقتل زوجته فاطمة زكريا.
